Tom Germuska Jr. returned home to the Cleveland area when he joined the BMA Media Team in 2013, after a successful 20-year career in print journalism.

Tom’s strong penchant for meeting deadlines was a contributing factor to hiring him as BMA’s Communications / Project Manager. He works with all departments at BMA editing and producing content and ensuring projects are done on time.

He also was instrumental in BMA’s effort in May 2013 to take over operations and fully redesign the monthly labor trades’ publication, The Labor Citizen. In its first year the publication increased circulation and gained a reputation as the premier print publication addressing issues important to the labor trades in Ohio.

When not devoting energy to The Labor Citizen, Tom is creating and editing content for the multitude of other projects BMA Media handles for its union clients. The written work includes website content, blog posts, press releases, video scripts, newsletters, speeches, radio and television commercials and assorted social media material.
