When the United Association’s Veterans in Piping Program needed to create and produce promotional items to pass out at recruitment events, they partnered with BMA Media Group to ensure their products were properly designed, ordered and shipped on time and on budget.

UA VIP provides active-duty transitioning military service members with free 18-week training. During this time, participants learn basic UA skills and industry certifications to help them enter the workforce as an apprentice when they leave the armed forces.

As part of their recruitment plan, the UA VIP Program attends career fairs on the military installations where their program operates. The program has handed out flyers and postcards at these events, but wanted to do more to increase their brand awareness.

_DSC0047To help promote the program and drive traffic to the website, where attendees can learn more about the program, UA VIP contacted Labor Tools powered by BMA Media Group and inquired about pricing for American-made promotional items to fit within their budget.

Members of BMA worked with the client to better understand their exact needs and then identified potential items to consider. Within a short time, UA VIP selected pens and keychains as the promotional items that fit their budget.

BMA then created the keychain graphics and made recommendations on copy to go on the exterior of the pen, all matching the program’s existing brand. Once approved, the items were ordered and shipped to meet their tight deadline.
