BMA Media Group received a pair of prestigious Telly Awards for a video documentary of IBEW Local 369's 100-year history that the union multi-media company produced.
The Telly Awards are a highly respected industry honor that recognizes the very best local, regional and cable television video and film productions, as well as work created for TV and the Web. They are administered by the Telly Council, which is comprised of a group of well-established industry executives and professionals.
IBEW Local 369 celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2010. BMA Media Group produced a special celebration gala event, and as part of its full event-production services, LaborTools also provided the local with the 100-year historical documentary video.
The BMA staff researched and produced the video from union and media archives and interviews with Local 369 members and retirees. Historical images and video made the video complete.
BMA has received 10 other Telly awards in the past years.
