James joined BMA Media Group in 2011 as a Web and Graphic Designer. He brought with him over 15 years of ad agency experience delivering results for a diverse array of clients in various industries. Along with extensive knowledge of design concepts for web and print along with strong typography and photography skills.

James' broad skill set, ability to solve complex problems, and his strong work ethic enabled him to be promoted to Web & Graphic Design Manager in 2013.

He has led the update/upgrade of many of BMA's existing union/labor websites. The focus of these updates was to bring the design, usability, and functionality up to current web standards, improve website traffic, and tighten up the marketing message of these sites. In short, make the sites more effective marketing tools.

He excels at developing and implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns for BMA's union clients. These campaigns could include anything from the creation of a brand style guide, to wirefames and page designs for websites, to online recruitment campaigns, tradeshow graphics, email campaigns, direct mail print collateral and much more.
